Key Account Manager
This position is based in Guangzhou, Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai, Beijing, reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
√ Develop strategies and tactics to gain new business in exist accounts√ Develop plans and programs for new business and customers in his/her geography to increase market share
√ Achieve sales revenue targets in his/her region
√ Record market progress of region being responsible for. Follow-up on regional manager’s activities.
√ Work closely with business units, project management team and marketing to ensure coordination of efforts and ensure good communication with all parties. Help set up companies’ local activities
Qualifications
√ PhD or Master degree in Life Science, Business, Marketing or related Technical degree, or equivalent training and/or experience.√ Preference to Life Sciences degrees in molecular biology, but not strictly required.
√ Ability to capitalize on existing business contacts and create new ones with clients
√ Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, highly flexible, with excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detailed-oriented.
√ Preference to fluent English in communication (verbal, written).
√ Experience using a mix of communication methods (in person visits, email, presentation, webinar, etc.)
√ The ability to use sound judgment and critical thinking skills and required based on the complexity of the situation.
